Why we are right for you as parents?

Registration:

At Bright Swans we offer an open door policy inviting you to come and look around at your leisure; no appointment necessary.

A member of staff will be happy to show you around the nursery and answer any questions you may have.

Bright Swans requires a £50 non-refundable registration fee, this then confirms your child’s attendance and covers all settling sessions with us.

Settling in:

The first time you send your child to nursery can be very daunting, our supportive team here at Bright Swans understand this and want to make the experience and transition from home to nursery as smooth as possible for all included.

We offer trails to suit the needs of your child, allowing staff to form bonds with children as they begin to settle into their new environment.

Holiday club:

Our exciting and affordable holiday club caters for children up to the age of eight years! Offering the same quality care you have come to expect from Bright Swans throughout the school holiday periods.

We offer a range of sessions to suit your needs; give us a call or pop on in to discuss joining us for a day or two busting that boredom!

Uniforms:

Menus:

Our home cooked meals are made on the premises and are in line with our healthy eating policy.

We have used the ‘Eat better, Start better’ guidelines to create delicious snacks, hot lunches and teas to be enjoyed throughout the day. A constant flow of water is available all day long and children are encouraged to help themselves and pour their own drinks, encouraging independence and physical development.

Sessions:

Uniforms are available for children of all ages and are beneficial in many ways. You no longer have to worry about your child covering their best clothes in paint or glue after a hard day’s work at nursery.

Children then have a sense of belonging and are taking a further step to becoming school ready.

Bright Swans Day Nursery work closely with their parents to build up a strong relationship to ensure we are providing the highest quality of care for your children. Parent partnership is of the upmost importance to us, we have regular stay and plays, open days and are available for an informal chat on collection and drop off.

Our communication tree in our foyer encourages parents to add comments to leaves, to then be displayed. These include suggestions, compliments or information about each individual child, enjoyed by staff and parents alike.

Our parents have also begun to leave recommendations on www.daynurseries.co.uk, this provides us with an excellent outlet to receive feedback.
